They claimed to be Social Security Administration and they need to be sure they are talking to the right person. They wanted my name, when I said I refuse to provide that out of my knowledge it's a scam, he yelled saying he will be calling me every day till I give my name and SSN. At that point I hung up

I also received a call from this number with a garbled message from agent Thomas Morgan. When you call back to tell someone they have the wrong number (because I'm only calling to cancel my service to my cell phone!) you get the run around. Total Scam and they are now blocked.

This is not an AT&T number - it is a scammer. The phone number isn't really an AT&T number.

I got a phone call from 201-942-1314 telling me that I had a lawsuit filed against me for a loan that I took out and never paid back. I knew from the start this was a scam because I have never heard of the company and they had my old bank account numbers. So I went along with the process and started to go through my personal information. My boyfriend went along and then they told my boyfriend that I had taken out this loan in October 2008 and that it was only for $580.00. I explained to our friend that this could certainly have happened if my bank account was $480.00 at that time. He started telling me that they could not give me information about who had filed the lawsuit and that I had to pay to get my information. I asked if it would cost me money, and he answered no because there would be no cost to me filing a lawsuit. I asked for them to send me any information about who filed this lawsuit. He said he would not. I asked him if their company only offers mediation and that I wasn't paying anything and that I was reporting it to the police and he said that he would give me the case number, but that when they go to file a lawsuit, they have to provide me with a case number. I said fine and hung up. I then looked up the company name that was provided, First Recovery Solutions. There is no information for this place listed anywhere online. They claim that the company did not exist before 2007. It is obvious that they have an Internet based business, if a legitimate company would not be able to find my information online. So I reported them to the Attorney General and FCC. Do this also if you receive a phone call from
